How do I pay for my order?

What is my credit card security code?
The security code is the last three digits of the number found on the reverse of your payment card above the signature strip. The security code gives extra protection when shopping online, as the only person who holds the card will have access to the code, as it is not printed anywhere else. We cannot proceed with your order without this security number.
Can I cancel my order?
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition
How do I cancel my order?

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
We will make every effort to make the changes you require to your order if it has not already been despatched. If you order has already been despatched, our customer service agents will process any new products which you would like to place, then please follow our normal returns process (instructions are contained in the parcel) for the items which are already on their way to you.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver world wide. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver to British Forces Post Office?
Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO).
When will my products be delivered?
Our delivery promise is 14 days from placing your order. Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail, we deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Please note: we sometimes use specialist transport companies and delivery times may vary.
Can my order be delivered next day or express?
At this time we do not offer a next day or express delivery service.
What if I am not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
If you or the intended recipient are not available, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they tried to deliver. Just follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
What if my order has not arrived?
If you order has not arrived within the delivery time stated when you placed your order, please either e-mail us on customer@sensiqjewellery.com.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
Sometimes your order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. If you have not received all of your goods within the delivery time which was stated when you placed your order then please e-mail us
